It doesn't work for me in the least, in fact it is anti-arousing.

That being said - keeping things in perspective and context as you put it - it may address 1% of the population (probably less in fact), and so I'll posit that that style of porn makes up the same miniscule amount - compared to the shit-ton of billions of hours of porn on the internet that does not.

So while I am not interested in the least by that fetish, I am also cognizant of the fact that it's existence does cater to some, and such small amount of that porn does not prevent me in any way from finding plenty of porn to enjoy that does not delve that fetish. JOI vids are small percent of the porn material in the world, and those that sissify, are a small percent of that.
In general, guys want a strong women who takes charge and does playful fun stuff to drive us crazy. It's really simple: flirting, teasing, building mutual desire and excitement. If you dig deeper, it's really about managing dopamine and brain chemistry.
EXACTLY! Well said, BB! The psyche major in me knows that along w/ the brain chemistry of dopamine there's the ego vs id element as well. I think that is what we're really hitting with Inferno.
CH videos basically want to provide a surrogate (or ideally complement) for that. I think the best CH could/would be played by a couple as a teasing endurance game.
Have done so. My wife and I enjoy these. She was instrumental in assuring me that Inferno was hitting the mark because she enjoyed it so much. There are some she enjoys but may she does not - which is understandable as she is not the typical demographic for most CHs.

When I first found out about CH, I honestly had the same laughing reaction. I remember thinking, "guys actually do this stuff?". Eventually curiosity got the better of me and I played along to one(my first one was CH7) and I did end up enjoying myself. While I don't exclusively watch these videos, they have become a decent time killer if I'm turned on.

"which is understandable as she is not the typical demographic for most CHs. "

I still think we need to change up the target market and there is a killer concept for couples here.

Unless those ten minutes happened to be entirely unrepresentative of the rest of it.
Most likely not. Your description sounds pretty accurate of the entire thing.

I watched it and got quite the amusement out of it though - I call it the "train wreck phenomenon." A train wreck has got to be one of the most horrifyingly destructive things - and yet if we saw one and the wreckage thereof, we would be unable to turn our eyes away from it no matter how disturbing it is, because it's important to many of us to see just how bad and horrible it is. As for B&B they reminded me of the guys I went to HighSchool with- and knew that some of them (10 years later) were still the exact same way! What a train wreck!

That all being said - the reference BG made in regards to B&B is that they would laugh whenever someone said something that could be taken as a locker-room dirty comment "Hehehe he said 'wood'." So in the case of "Tainton" - it fits the bill for such a reference.

I don't disagree at all. But again - we're dealing with a small percentage of the demographic; compared to typical CH enthusiast (or even porn enthusiast).

Wait...how many married couples are there in the world and what's the divorce rate? How would a little playful T&D among couples, communication and play hurt that demographic? :) (maybe I'm not stating my point correctly)

No you're stating it correct and from our perception - it wouldn't and definitely shouldn't hurt it. And it's easy as hetero males to assume that since we're in to porn and rationalize that it's pure good whole-hearted make-you-feel-good-fun, and believe our female significant others can't possibly see it otherwise - and question the logic of not being in to it.

That being said - I'd dare say that if roles are reversed, I'm sure there are a number of ladies out there that feel that the same healthy relations can be achieved if we men watched hours of Hallmark christmas-movie specials starring Soap Opera hunks.

Both would probably work towards marital longevity. Women from venus / men from mars thing. As an admitted generalization - porn is enjoyed primarily by males because we view sex as a physical act that fulfills a need akin to eating, while women see it as an emotional act which is hard to achieve from porn, but can be simulated through Hallmark christmas-movie specials starring Soap Opera hunks. Again I admit this is a generalization and there are plenty of exceptions to the rules; but the exceptions are the small percentage of demographics that we spoke of earlier.

We should move this over to the other new thread on this topic.

I just posted a thought there. Yeah, I hear ya on the porn v Hallmark thing and totally agree. BUT, on the mechanics of 'instruction', timing actions to beats (even just through the use of music), stuff from the OMGYes site I linked to, etc, all combined in a tasteful way creates a compelling communication tool for couples. A lot of it is in how it's presented.

Sorry if the Beavis n Butthead reference was too obscure for some folks. Didn't mean to make it confusing.

On that subject, I actually found them mildly amusing, but not in a "omigod they are FUNNY" kind of way. I wasn't laughing WITH the character Beavis for his pointing out the stupidity of Butthead (or vice versa), nor was I laughing AT the character Butthead (or vice versa) directly at his stupidity. If that were the limit of the joke, then, indeed, it would be an extremely limited comedy.

Rather, I was laughing at myself for admitting that, way back when I was an adolescent male, I too felt that such stupid jokes were in fact funny. Kind of "trip down memory lane" and "boy I used to be that stupid, too" point-of-view.

Can't say I would have liked to have watched an entire evening binging on episode after episode. Would have gotten old fast. Like with Seinfeld, there are only so many variations you can play on that rather limited theme. After the variations are clear, it's exhausted, and the viewer (or, at least, myself) decides, "Why would I want to continue to invite these grating, annoying people into my living room?" Just because they're annoying? No thanks ...

But for a little bit? Apropos of something appropriate? Sure. Just an offhand. Like the way she eats her peas.

Beavis & Butthead was very much of its time. It wouldn't work now; in fact, MTV tried to reboot it. It wasn't pretty.

It's kind of like the original original South Park video when it came out (before it was on TV, when it was one of the first crappy amateur but inspirational videos to go 'viral' on the 'internet', before Al Gore planted a flag in it. :)

If you remember watching Once In A Lifetime on MTV you'll appreciate this stuff, along with Ren and Stimpy and reruns of MASH. Otherwise...who knows, I'm too old for that crap.
