Re: Cock Hero and Fleshlight Launch

I have been waiting to see this kind of thing happen. Can't wait to see what the future holds for animatronic sex.
... for the explorer at heart!

I don't ebay much, but I do recall reading some posts over at real touch scripts where some guy sold his stuff for like 1000, I've never ebayed but considered it, but then I saw a few more people trying to sell and I think they went for much lower. And you are right I do have a special place in my heart for it (has been a long while since I used it, my original still works but the belt is torn all over) so haven't let it go.qDot wrote: Sat May 13, 2017 3:29 am If you'd like a in depth view into the Fleshlight Launch, I did a full review and teardown video that's up on youtube:

It goes over basic usage, some of the issues with it, and even what the insides look like if you care about that sort of thing.
Generally, I think it's a decent device, though not as well engineered as the RealTouch (I have 2 of those myself :) ). Right now the default software that you use with it also isn't great, but that's why we're writing our own.
BTW, if you have new in box RTs and need cash, those things go for $$$$ on ebay now. The software I'm writing over at http://buttplug.io will support realtouch though (the protocol was open sourced before they got sued out of existence, and I have a special place in my heart for that toy, so well engineered in some ways :D ), so it might be worth keeping around too. :)
Yea, me too about the thanks and getting me here! Never got the Realtouch, it died while I was saving up.desertfox wrote: Tue May 16, 2017 1:05 am Also wanted to say thanks for your blogs and writing, I've been reading on and off since it was slashdong and your writing on real touch is what originally prompted me to get one, as well as your cock hero article directed me over to this site and all the interesting projects people are working on. Basically your blog has really broadened my horizons over the years and its much appreciated!
Don't worry, that's where we come in:zoltan wrote: Mon Jun 12, 2017 11:43 pm This thing is incredible. Its only downside is the terrible software it uses to sync with videos.
It's 90% of the reason I decided to make my own CH, for when this is done. So if I am capable of encoding the launch commands myself with whatever is developed, then I fully plan on making my video one of the first ones Launch ready.Liquid wrote: Tue Jun 13, 2017 3:23 pmDon't worry, that's where we come in:zoltan wrote: Mon Jun 12, 2017 11:43 pm This thing is incredible. (Sorry if I missed somehting important from the others, I probably did)
And yes ... hands-free CH is awesome!
- qDot is writing Buttplug, a universal Sex Toy Control Server.
- Funjack is writing LaunchControl (Flashlight launch Plugin for Kodi and VLC)
- and I've been working on a standalone ScriptPlayer for Windows and Web, as well as a couple of tools to (semi-) automatically convert the beatbar of CockHero/FapHero videos to FunScript files.

Well, you are in luck then because if you include a beatbar in your video, extracting the timestamps and generating the scripts is quite easy with the software I'm working onVinDickDiv wrote: Wed Jun 14, 2017 9:49 pm It's 90% of the reason I decided to make my own CH, for when this is done. This sounds like it could be pretty cool. I don't have a launch so not sure how software works but if possible I think if you were able to extract the data needed from an audio beat track it would be preferred. Just the beat bar is a bit out dated and very few ch producers use it anymore. And also visual and audio are two different tracks that play at different rates. Which you would probably never notice visually but might be more apparent physically.Liquid wrote: Thu Jun 15, 2017 7:28 am Well, you are in luck then because if you include a beatbar in your video, extracting the timestamps and generating the scripts is quite easy with the software I'm working on

From what I can tell so far (I've "tested" about 30 CH/FHs with the Launch so far) that is the right choice. When you don't have to do it yourself, the beatmeter is quite distracting and often way faster than what the launch can handle.VinDickDiv wrote: Thu Jun 15, 2017 7:00 pm I have opted for no beat bar in my video as I find them personally distracting. Also I am lazy and I did not make my own second track for beats.
