Btw. just tested it quick and it seems to run fine for me also, running it via. VLC Player, also did not have any problems with the other ones, although there was this other CH video, I had a lot of problems with as everyone else, it felt very choppy to me, this here does not.

It's unfortunally that some or one have problem with the video, but I don't really know what it could be caused by :(

Well worth the wait, it's a masterpiece! And 3 more parts to come! I would say it's a bit choppy for me too though..

Man there are some great ideas in this one.

For fps, it's not the most smooth of videos, but it's certainly the same as all the other CH Islands, about 30 fps. I might write a review of the whole first episode, not sure yet though.

I haven't noticed the framerate being bad or the video being choppy either (watched it on my iPad). It has that "look" like all the Island videos do, and if anything it looked smoother than the previous episodes.

To me the the video on the Cock Hero Island series does look different than any other videos, but I feel it looks more like a film or cinematic filter has been applied to the video - something minor like that. It's distinctive and I do notice it, but basically it looks ok to me.

Also, I know you said no reviews until it's all done, and I'll stick to that but one thing:

Just watched some of the old ones and yeah they look identicaly in the frames, I just think I was fooled for a bit :)

The "FPS issue / laggy feel" is real (linux mint + vlc), it did disturb me for about a second: "Oh right, it's Island, these did do that ..." For a description, it's almost like it would be dropping/skipping every 10th or 15th frame - couple tiny jerks a second, easier to spot on faster movements... No errors reported by vlc thou. It's just on the border of detectable and after a few minutes of watching one gets used to it (for me anyway).

But maybe it's a better experience if the player doesn't actually pass out ...

OMG ! Only the first part and it's an hour and a half? OMG!

Watched a small part and I think the video is fine. The only effect I see is that the video is so hd and up close, like you zoomed into a scene, that it looks like a wide screen film. I love the effect. Put my monitor a little above my viewing angle and angle it down a bit. Takes control of my presence that way!

Can't wait for more to come!
