Back in the day when strip-clubs were the norm and I was a young buck and the late-1980s and early-1990s craze for unnaturally fake-style breast augmentations hadn't yet gone out of style, I do recall, if I were to hypothesize, that indeed it had been possible, on one or two occasions, in my imagination, that I COULD HAVE tried out the feel and taste of a few fake tits, maybe. For comparison's sakes only, of course; and as a theoretical exercise, naturally ...
Well, there ARE fake-tits that not only look natural, but also FEEL very nice and natural. It's the case, I understand, hypothetically, if they're done well and properly. Good surgeon, full cost for proper-style implants, the patient makes the appropriate choice for body-type, etc.. And there are also benefits (or, at least, attributes that are not detriments) to the unreasonably fake-looking fake tits, including (1) how they appear under clothing, since they do create a more firm and upright silhouette to the fashion; (2) how they perform when something is jammed between them and stroking up and down. It isn't "better" but the fake-tit sensation, in my experience, is a novel and good one. No worse, no better, just different. And kinda helpful in some positions ... Like when you want to stroke a candy bar. Yeah, that's it, she's tit-fucking a candy bar in my imagination ...
One other observation. I once dated a friendly and delightful young woman who had "perfect" gazungas. She was about a 38 DD, and very firm and yet slightly dangly and just, wow. Nearly every one of you would say, if you had a chance to see her body, "golly those tits are JUST right ...". I honestly didn't enjoy it all that much. The best part of the relationship was, the relationship. What a great person she was! And yet physically, I was often disappointed, because her body-type was zaftig, large, almost too soft for what I tend (and I can't help it; it's either biological or hard-wired by culture, but either way it's mandatory and doesn't change) to prefer. Her backside (the buttocks; you know, that part which encases her ... you know) was large to match her tits. And yet it wasn't a Jada Stevens butt; it was a wide flappy butt. So, to take a corollary from my experience, I believe one of the biggest ADVANTAGES of fake tits is, that her tits' fakeness implies that her ass is likely to be smaller than it would have been, if her tits were real.

I think I brought up my comment about the subject (and no, don't worry, I am not feeling unduly singled out) just to be a bit sarcastic. It's not what I prefer; and it IS often what is preferred by inexperienced people who know less about porn than I know ... therefore those people are less experienced than me ... kind of a silly circular logic thing just for the fun of having a little stick-it-to-ya humor. I had no intent to be derogatory of anyone else's preferences.
