Did i understood right: You want more "spice" inside of the fitness workout? Psychedelic effects? Some Sexy images sliding in? Music?

I did it not because the viewer should concentrate on the workout.

It was an experiment i first time used Vegas. The work was fast not too complicated do demotivate me.

i enjoy the concept and hope in the future you will do more fitness edition cock hero remixes. but for the future i wish for longer more intense workouts and dont be afraid to add cardio based workouts as i felt a huge difference after i performed the high knees. and a little warning in the beginning in the vids, my balls slapping uncontrollably when doing the jumping jacks so i had to wear swimming trunks.
