Not that I'm aware. They just made it so that whatever internet provider you have blocks any adult websites unless you request otherwise. It's a pain in the arse, but it's easy enough to ring your provider and say "give me porn!"

And if you get a work phone, you will be less inclined to call the provider and ask for porn...

I can access it on my phone and laptop without restrictions, maybe it's only for new customers,
