I notice in Holding the Edge. When I try to change the speed of the metronome it stays at the same speed. I don't know how to change that.

I’m guessing you’re playing in GuideMe?
GuideMe doesn’t support
metronome flags for some reason, hopefully it will be fixed in future versions.
For now you will have to play “Holding the Edge” in TeaseMe (or use external metronome like in the original flash tease and disable metronome sound in GuideMe)

Wow epic job, that is what I love about collaborative projects, thanks for all your work, ultimately teaseme and guideme are pretty useless without teases.
