I guess one simple way for u to start practicing more difficult levels is this.
Instead of each beat being a full up and down stroke u can have each beat be half. One beat is up and the next beat is down. Cut the speed in half.
But my overall advice is to practice more.
One. Warm up properly. I like using a hot towel wrap 4-5 times while getting hard and going limp several Times.
Then ease into your stroking. Don't do cock hero right away so u can prime up your cock.

Do most people stroke down up each beat, or do you do 1 beat down next beat up, etc.?

I'm semi new to CH, and have been doing 1 down 1 up (some 16th notes seem impossible otherwise!). I've been able to complete a few, though it hasn't always been easy! I was told that its standard to do down up each beat, so I'm gonna try a few that way.

Curious to know what others do. If you're doing down up each beat and having difficulty, I'd recommend trying the other way out for a few runs.

You should down + up every beat unless specified otherwise. Also when there is an impossible very fast beat, it just means stroke as fast as you can.

If i'm really struggling I stand up and walk around during the break. It moves where your blood is flowing to and can help you make it through that last round. I only use this as a last resort if I really want to beat the video.

Well said. I'm in a similar position.
Working through a CH video is certainly fun but a good 'excuse' of sorts is that I'm working specifically to increase my control/stamina. How deep can I go but not fall off the edge? In that case cumming is the failure above all others and if I have to 'cheat' and reduce the stimulation then I will.
