is anyone else having trouble downloading this? i've tried 7 times now and each time it's failed. i also find it odd that every time after going to the named domain it pulls up an IP address directly in the URL (212.7.194.85)

Well, if you are looking for suggestions, one thing I find appealing in CH videos is text instructions on how to stroke "e.g. deep hard strokes" or "stroke only the head", etc. It is not a necessary feature of CH videos by any stretch, but helps give additional detail on how stroking should be done beyond the pace of stroking already indicated by beats/beatmeter.
