On prefernces, this is a structured text file, so can be diferent for each install of guideme.
We can have a milovana version that would be a separate download to the main program.
So for the milovana prefernces we need to come to a consensus on what should be in there and then set it up as an additional download.
Currently you can have free text, true / false and numbers.
The suggestion of having multiple selections is a good one which I will think about.
At the moment this is a beta test, this is the stage of development where we find stuff that does not work and fix it.
This includes adding good ideas that we didn't think about.
Any teases writen at the moment will be more to test guide me. Guideme could change as part of this stage so any tease written now may need to be reworked to run in the final version.
So feel free to keep the suggestion and errors coming, just don't be offended if we choose not to include them.

Both the tutorial and the Hearts Club downloads are unavailable.
I get the message:
This file does not exist, the access to the following file is limited or it has been removed due to infringement of copyright.

Do you have a list of the available Javascript events we can use?
I see there is a pageLoad() event and I understand how one can invoke functions via the onclick attribute. But are there any others?

Really nice, btw Philio the error I had disappeared when I downloaded and tried this version.
Ideas
+
Full size window
Graphics of the timer
larger, show that there is a timer hidden
Welcome screen
Guides to choose from: maybe minimizations of the first page of guides/teases
Right Bar (scrolling)
Make it invisible, only show when necessary
Top Bar
Change color to match the rest, white text on black background?
Sound when changing page
Like the one from TeaseMe v1 a small click so you know that the page has changed.
Gr8 work so far philo and Takenaga! Really interesting/fun project!

Did you do step 4 of the installation? The first configuration (My Name, Data Directory, Debug)?
Play the tutorial and you will see...

See second post at start of this thread. Buttons have onclick. Delays, Videos and Audios have onTriggered.

 Doh! Of course. Thanks.
I'm popping over to
w3schools.com for a 'crash' course in JavaScript. Looks straightforward enough for me to pick up. It will expand possibilities enormously.

On the list of future enhancements, this will probably get done alongside the Android version

You can change the font size of the header in preferences, timers can be normal, secret or hidden, if you want to show a user there is a timer but not how long you use secrect
Welcome screen
Guides to choose from: maybe minimizations of the first page of guides/teases
On the list of future enhancements, I think there would be a fair amount of work involved
Right Bar (scrolling)
Make it invisible, only show when necessary
Have tried but it is rendered by the browser not java, so have not found a way yet
Top Bar
Change color to match the rest, white text on black background?
Done will be in the next release
Sound when changing page
Like the one from TeaseMe v1 a small click so you know that the page has changed.
Will do this, there will also be a preference to turn it off, will probably be in the next release

Something new to play around with (see start of the thread). Another "proof of concept tease" for GuideMe that wouldn't be possible with TeaseMe: "
Enter the daring world of monsters and high adventure! In this tease you can fap your enemies to death, grow your powers and fap more enemies to death while trying to achieve the Holy Grail of Fapdom, the Legendary Orgasm!" (inspired and quoted from CTI skirmish set by Slaveless)

I've had a little play with it and there are a couple of things I think need improving.
- The timer needs to be more prominent. It looks too hidden away up there on the status line. It would be better if it was placed in it's own pane as it was in TeaseMe <v1.4.
- Above there was a request to have a small sound when changing page. The problem with this, is that sometimes you want to change page invisibly, a technique a number of Nyx teases utilize. I would argue that there should be no sound at all, or perhaps it should be that you can define this setting in the Tease/Guide.
- Metronome pause between pages. This has actually been an existing issue in TeaseMe v1.4. If you go from one page that is playing a metronome to another that is also playing a metronome, there is a huge pause that breaks the rhythm. It would be nice if this could be reduced or eliminated.
- Enhancement. You can override the text page with your own html via Javascript. But as far as I can ascertain you can only override the image with another image filename. It would be nice if you could expose the image pane so that we can override it with our own html. That would allow the option to format the image pane with additional elements such as text etc. But what it would let me do is use multilayer images (e.g. png and/or gif files with transparencies layered onto backgrounds.)
If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.

Also tried the new tease. Great Remake of slaveless CTI Set :D Much more convenient to play it now ^^
Two remarks:
- I don't know why but sometimes the program did not change to the next slide after the timer was at zero and the only way to go on was to press the Edging Button =/
- GuideMe doesn't seem to support PNG and GIF images. Is it possible to implement it? Was thinking whether a PNG or a GIF file could have caused the problem above.

thx :) it's just a "proof of concept" at the moment.

Hmm... strange. That shouldn't happen. I will investigate...

GuideMe supports PNG and GIF. The problem is my skirmish script: _skirmish.xml uses <Image id="random/*.jpg" /> instead of <Image id="random/*" /> on the page "slide". Change that with a texteditor and GIF / PNG should work.

1. Would be nice and convenient with file associations: double click on xml-script then opens and runs the tease.
2. Likewise would be nice and convenient to be able to start a tease from a bat-file.
3. Video and sound in teases not working in Windows XP (working fine in Windows 8). Probably an issue with vlc and Windows XP.
Vlc below ver 2.1 works fine in Windows XP, but does not in ver 2.1 and above. Maybe not go with the latest vlc version?
