This is would so hard to create, you got to have some serious editing skills to do this, like supermokkori did on the Stroker Ace series, those suprise parts are the best and is freaking genius that he come up with that but i just imagine the ammount of work you need to do too match the beats with the action on the scene, that would be nuts to create.... Although its an good idea....

yeah, would be really difficult. I could see two ways of doing it: timestretching the video like book_guy recommended, or cut in different videos that had different rhythms. Either way not too easy!
