When you create a puzzle your puzzle should contain the 2 prompts from the previous puzzle. That is sort of the fun of the game is to create a prompt and have the next person have to go and find you a picture containing those two descriptions and see what they come up with. When you create a puzzle it's not just any random photo you can find.
