Hi,
Had the same problem in Chrome browser. To get around this, on the warning screen, select the details option, a new window will appear, and select the option that lets you proceed to the site, ignoring the warnings. This is from memory, but pretty close to what I did.

Setup is for triphase Estim. Left+ to base of penis, Left- and Right-to head of penis, Right to prostate.
