Sadly some of its humor is pun and tongue-in-cheek and likely is lost in translation - but it is a classic comedy and beloved by so many. So many great lines!

Sure I've seen it! I remember the hospital joke. But the "surely" joke was translated into something different. We got many , many word-games too (spanish is SUPER polysemic) and the translators changed that one. That's the reason I use to watch every comedy in english. But I love that movie, my favorite scene is:

- How will they pilot that plane?
- Don't worry, they got instruments.
Cut to the cockpit, where they are playing trumpets.
