I found this list with a 5 star rating. The rating is a pretty good indicator. Plus, there's a few CH's in that list that aren't in the 'map'.

I would suggest this music: Fragmentize - More Kords (Ft. Miyoki) nightstep. This would go well with any cock hero video. It has a good rhythm with some fast beats and some slow ones.

Sure. At the bottom of that first post there was already a link to the forum thread that discusses streaming, and that thread has the link to the streaming site, but I cleaned it up a bit and added a direct link to http://cockhero.bugs3.com/ to the bottom of that initial post.

The reason I only had the link to the other milovana thread rather than a direct link was because cockherolover used to change that URL fairly regularly when the allocated bandwidth had been used up. But it seems that the URL has stayed the same for some time now, so I put it directly in the initial post of this thread.

Hi everyone, i saw a cock-hero like video the other day, streamed it somewhere (might have been youporn?), and now i can't find it and it's driving me crazy.

The video was approx. 40min long, with different levels and increasing time on each level. LOL... thanks for pointing that out. I actually read it incorrectly multiple times as "Not Halloween". I guess I was thinking of that series of parody porn movies. Anyway, fixed now.
