Which is good because it is really hard not to stroke more than I'm allowed to
This is probably the hardest part of this game...waiting for your target to appear so you can have an edge.
It's been almost two weeks now and reading through others posts I can be quite lucky to have a target that seems to appear rather often.
I edged 15 times so far, so I'm halfway through before I can beg you for a release.
It get harder day by day not to touch when I shouldn't and stopping after I did my strokes...

May I send you a PM Della? There might be three more targets for me but I'm not sure if they count.

Totally new here, i would really like to join this game!
At the beginning would probably be too far back, so i would like a assigned starting point.

Still trudging through a near 7 target in a row cluster F^&$...

Della, I am so sorry. I failed this morning. And, it wasn't just a ruin. I failed to control myself. While doing my 14th edge I gave in. It was feeling so good and now I am so mad and ashamed. I am sorry. You are amazing and have always been so generous, and I return that with selfishness. I feel horrible. Please don't banish me. Please give me another chance. Please let me make it up to you. I am sorry. I am not going to make excuses. It was my choice and my fault. Please, please, please forgive me.

I'm sorry to hear that you 'failed', Goodman. Don't feel too bad about it though - there always is a point, where to body triumphs over the mind (Check interogation methods of any kind )
I'm pretty certain, Della will find a path towards a happy end for you after all. The path may just be a trifle stony though.

*sits on the floor next to goodman* I can never pretend to understand what goes on in someone's mind after something like this happens. A ruin is one thing, that is an accident but you seem to have made the conscious decision to go against the principles of the game. It has happened a couple times before. I normally assume that that player was not cut out for longer denial. However you goodman are one of the longest players, I know you can handle the denial, you keep coming back for more. So I am not mad or disappointed. And I will most definitely not be throwing you out of the game. I just am a little confused as to the Why of all this.

I would like for you to think about it and get back to me.

In the meantime, you are hereby released from your current round of the game.you will start fresh on Sunday with the same target and any added things I may have given you up until this point. Who knows I might add more. You will restart from your current position where you last stopped.
