I played digitalparkinglot's files on the FOC box.
The patterns and the volume changes are excellent. I inspected the files beforehand and was worried the volume changes were too sharp, but it didn't bother me when playing. The sharp volume changes really grab you as the pattern changes. Having that said, I find it much easier to edge if the volume is consistently high, the edging sections aren't really long enough for me to edge reliably. Perhaps I should have set the volume higher.
It looks like you attempted to use the carrier frequency axis as a way to increase/decrease the intensity during the fast sessions. I'm curious what your personal experiences are with the carrier_frequency funscript, on stereostim it doesn't work for me because it messes up the calibration and the effect it has on the signal intensity is really hard to calculate/control. I don't really understand why it seems to work for you as you have published multiple funscripts with carrier frequency funscript.
The FOC box has a feature where it adjust the volume as the carrier frequency changes, so the subjective intensity is the same regardless of the carrier frequency. I played with 800-1500hz and I could not really tell if the carrier frequency was high or low at any given point. Maybe it changes too slow to notice on the FOC?
Hey diglet,
I really like playing around with carrier frequencies. It probably comes from dissecting and hand building estim tracks. It's pretty well known that you do get an increase in intensity as the frequency gets lower, but I also find that it feels different. Higher frequencies feel nicer, smoother, and for me a little more penis-y, whereas lower frequencies feel more raw, more internal, and a little more balls-y. I intentionally did the frequency sweeps from high to low on all the edges to make them end a little more intense, but also to make them feel like they settle into your core as they go along. The edges in Summer's Gone are way too short for me to hit an edge with estim, but I feel like they do give a really nice punctuation and do push you a bit.
I'm super interested in your FOC box and will probably build once I wrap my brain around how it's built. I love that you are pushing the boundaries in so many ways. Thank you for all you've done for this hobby and I can't wait to see what's next.

alpha, beta, frequency, volume, handy,
I'm a estim fan, I used some online tool to generate an mp3 from those. which file should I be selecting for triphase estim?
It sounds like you are using Funstim instead of Restim or the Funstim integration inside of Scriptplayer, if that's what you are doing you can use the file without the added name: Summers Gone.funscript
Handy funscript is the half speed version. The other funscripts control different things like volume and audio waveform frequency with Restim with alpha and beta being the funscripts for position control. Restim is a thing worth using though, there's a thread here on Milovana that discusses it and gives instructions on how to configure and calibrate it.
I have remixed DPL's scripts and added few more restim axes... not a big deal but if you already played it this might provide a new take.
Also, volume and frequency are intended for FOC box, so if you are using normal one I recommend setting volume range in settings from 30 or 40 to 100 to make it less spicy.
