Help me find an old tease

I'm looking for a very old tease, probably over 10 years age, maybe more... The tease was about a future where every girl was gifted a male slave when they turned 18. It was said to be the first part of a series but I don't think it ever caught up. I think it was a "regular" tease (in the sense it was not flash or animated). If this rings a bell for someone, can you please help me find it back?
