Need Help Finding a Tease

The general story concept is that a mistress invites you and another slave to live with her and forces you to compete with each other to decide who gets to cum at the end of each week/month, and who gets special privileges around the house. For the people who definitely don't know the tease but are interested in reading if someone finds it, below is a bunch of random stuff I think I remember and there may be spoilers (though my memory's vague so they may just be misdirects instead lol):

I can vaguely recall a competition of who can produce more precum. And then an event where you and the other slave are locked in a room for an hour, you're completely bound, and he was given your chastity key (with the idea that you had to work together to cum because who knows if you'd unlock him if the roles are reversed next time) but it turns out, it's actually his key and it leaves you in a cnc bondage predicament. I want to say the twist at the end was that the mistress secretly rigged all the little "mishaps" that allowed him to win just to mess with you
