idk if its still relevant, but im sure if you google around for removing interlacing artifacts you can find a solution that works for you.
I do love those older clips, some hot girls shot in a more professional way that doesn't seem to be replicated very often with modern content. The artifacts are really bad tho and a bit distracting.
