After having to step away from the project for nearly a year, Legend of the Psyons is once again under active development. Many people may have understandably thought the project dead and may have stopped following the main thread. I thus wanted to make this one post outside of the main project thread. I need help with testing and spreading the word that things are moving ahead once again. It would be particularly nice if people could spread the word to other communities that they think may be interested.

Even in the pre-alpha state, this RPG game is huge and could probably give you the better part of a day of adventuring if you want to ferret out all the secrets, nooks and crannies that it has to offer. Additionally, playing as different classes can offer a lot of replayability. It is also fairly polished for a pre-alpha, but some bugs may need to be uncovered as new systems and content is brought online.
The eStim files for this game are designed for unfiltered boxes such as DIY or BTstim. Filtered boxes such as the 2B can not render some of the faster and "spikier" signals that are designed to be more intense. You can just listen through your speakers to hear the pain and pleasure you are missing out on if you are using a filtered box. With that said, people report being able to achieve adequate results for most pleasure and punishment sounds with a lot of tweaking. I may support specific common boxes like the 2B in the future, but that is a ways away. The game is plenty fun even without the eStim in my opinion, but using it adds a whole new layer of immersion, as you will find yourself truly wishing to avoid damage in combat.
