Heylo fellow milovanians!

I have been a part of this community for some time now and I am inching towards my first contribution in Form of a tease!

But I'll be honest there is something I have been wondering ever since I have decided to create one.. Using images is the topic..

To the people who have created teases or are looking to:

- did you use sites posted in forums to look for you images?
- what do I have to keep in mind for legal issues?
- is it enough or a requirement to state I do not own the pictures?

Basically I just dont want any problems due to copyright and any insight anyone can give me is greatly appreciated!

The short answer is that most providers of the model pictures don't care and publish the pictures for promotional usage. Legally, it's in a dark grey area.

For other images and sounds, I go for files that fall under cc0. So I have the legal right to use and edit it without asking for permissions or giving credit.

I've seen content disclaimers in some teases. Look at this one.
You could ask an admin or the creator what the deal is.

Another thought: Most hentai would seem safe to use—or draw something yourself—or how about original photography
That would be a premiere i think
