Question about rules/content for webteases...

Post by bennygrimm »

In the Webtease editor, the rules say:
"All models and fictional characters must be over 18..."
I obviously don't wanna get into trouble or do something illegal or that would potentially impact my ability to come here and write here.

So here's my question:

Is my POV character allowed to _think_ another character (probably the Domme) is younger than he/she is in the story if
  • the POV character never says a specific number and
  • the POV character is eventually corrected by the Domme to reveal that POV was deceived AND IT IS EXPLICITLY STATED THAT THE DOMME/OTHER CHARACTER IS OF LEGAL AGE (18+)
The age doesn't need to be specific, but the basic idea is that the POV character might convince themselves that they need to submit to blackmail or something because the repercussions would be worse if they were turned over to the authorities.

That's the question, I hope it's clear. Thanks!

If you're trying to circumvent the rules, you're probably in the wrong.

All models/characters/etc should be over 18 and be perceived and portrayed as such at all times.

Definitely not trying to circumvent the rules.

Maybe the setup is better to help explain:

POV Character knows their neighbor is in high school.

Doesn’t know her age. Gets caught peeping, and she threatens to call the cops if he doesn’t comply with blackmail.

She says something like “do you have any idea how old i am? do you know what they do In jail to guys like you who are caught peeping on high school girls?”

POV thinks “shit! I never considered she might be underage!” (Or something).

POV concedes to the blackmail, gets locked in chastity or whatever, and then the neighbor reveals like “you idiot. I’m 18, you think I could afford a place like this by myself if I was too young to cam?” (Or whatever her actual story is).

But POV is already in their predicament, and it’s only even a story point to get POV into the trap. POV doesn’t seek her out because she’s young, and no one explicitly ever says she’s underage.

And the reveal would happen very early on in the tease.

Does that change your view?

Cool...

I mean, that’s why I asked. I’m literally *not* trying to get banned. Would rather write something else if this is against the letter *or* spirit of the rules...

Sorry if I sounded overly harsh. But we have a zero-tolerence policy to anything underage or resembling it. And if it's revealed so early it doesn't sound like such a critical component to your work that you can't replace anyway!

I appreciate the clarity.

It’s pretty critical to the story, but this just means I don’t waste a bunch of time writing it only to get banned.

I understand the rigidity on this. Better safe than sorry.

Thanks Shattered. And please guys, don't even play with those ideas on any server, unless your goal is to get them in trouble :-( :-( :-(

Daddy is a hell's angel.

Critical story element saved. Peeping on the girl is still a dangerous idea.
If you want her to live alone. Daddy the Hell's angel came over to help her move in.

EDIT:
Pedophilia is wrong and bad/lazy writing (99% of the time)
