Need help with estim sound files

Hello, I am working on a estim tease, but I struggle with the sound part of my tease. I like to use new audio files for this tease, but I have no clue on how to begin generating these files.
Now I use audio files I got out of GuideMe teases, I tune them in audacity to get the intensity right, but this is a lot of work and I miss some effects I like to have.
Who can help?

One hell of an archive.
This will take weeks to dig through. But I'm sure it's worthwhile. I hope my dick is up to this mythical quest.
