Approved picture usage in straightforward terms?

Hi,

Newly signed up and interested in making teases. However it’s not clear to me what is acceptable in terms of sourcing pics within approved restrictions. The terms of service talks about it in detail but in legal jargon that can make things unclear. So can anyone answer in simple terms what’s acceptable and what’s not in terms of using pics from the web in teases?

For example plenty of teases here use pics that are watermarked from sites that created those pics and surely the tease author doesn’t own the copyright of those images. So can we use freely available images from an aggregate site like pornpics.com that display preview galleries made up of images from other sites?

If there is already a thread that answers this then apologies for another post, please point me to it.

Most of the images i use are from pornpics.com. I have had no issues with them as of yet. I honestly think all images are okay to use on this site. (I could be wrong though)
