How do I add metronome into my flashteases?

How do I add metronome into my flashteases?

How do I add metronome into my flashteases? I´m new Milovana user and I don´t have much experience with editing and scripts and such so I need help with adding a sound into my teases. So far I have created flashteases with only picturures and text using nyx editor. I really good use a hand here. :-/
