Why does my tease not show up on milovana?

Hey Milovana-Community,

I released my second tease "Plumber's Life 2" yesterday, just to find out that it's not showing up on the "webtease" tab of the page today. When I checked, around 4:00am CET (shortly after I published it), it was visable on the site. But ever since this evening, 8:00pm CET, it's just not showing up...
I published it from the Flash-Tease editor ("Nyx"?) and even tried republishing it just a minute ago. Yet I still can't find it on the page.

What's happening here? Is it just on my end, or can anyone of you see "Plumber's Life 2"?

I believe low rating is why it's not showing up, I saw it yesterday when you posted it. As to why it has a low rating who knows people can rate what they want. Everything loads for me so I don't know maybe it's just not popular with those who have looked at it and rated it.

Just took a brief look and your tease should not have been rated that low. More like something on the number 4.
I dont know how many votes it takes fore the tease to get that love ratings..if there are any bugs people should let you know before rating.

The same in my opinion ! And it's the second time as the same happened to the first one of your tease ! It's really incomprehensible to me.

Maybe a plumbers guilde or anti-plumbers... ^^
Or just not so smart people that cannot differenciate "it's bad" from "I don't like it"

If it's from bug (and i didn't encounter any), you gave feedback and the author can correct it. In the past, teases with infinite loops (i.e. that cannont be finished) did'nt get so bad ratings.
I think moderators should take a closer look at that, because if it's some kind of harassement, it's bad for the comunity too. Or some kind of bug for some users or in the ratings or whatever... Something is clearly not normal in my humble opinion.

Rated 5 for you so it seems visible again. Even a bad tease (not tried yours so cant comment) shouldnt be hidden IMo, just spam. Is possible that users see a bunch of attractive women and a cartoon plumber stuck between them and vote down on that I wonder XD

Yes, I was shocked to see the low rating today as well. I thoroughly enjoyed it yesterday and thought it was far, far better than the first (which I enjoyed as well) because it was nearly bug-free. The first one had some dead ends and bugs that could have been fixed up before publication.

(My biggest issue with this one was the dark blue text for one character being difficult to read, at least for my eyes on my display. There is also a page called efails which should be renamed to efail2, or the button target on efails modified.)

I gave it a 5 at that time and when I looked a little later it was at 4.7. And today it's at 2.2?! I don't understand; you did a great job in my opinion and I feel we should encourage new members when they contribute quality work. The original thumbnail was unique and eye-catching and no reason to downvote the entire tease.

Please don't be too discouraged. I'm interested to see how the hero's week continues on!

Your second tease is much better than the first one (I didn't find any bugs in it). I also don't understand why the low ratings (too low for any meaningful tease, even some non teases are getting higher ratings). Maybe you should change the title, maybe some real Plumbers find it offensive and just rate it lowest without even looking at it. Overall your tease should be at least 3 - 3,5 stars, maybe even 4 stars.



Maybe I can give you some advise. If you don't need a timer don't use it. There should be a reason for "?" timers, all your timers are "?" without any reason. You can use normal timers or hide the timer. Also if you insist on using that much timers you should integrate metronome sounds. The right way to use timers without metronome is to give number of strokes to be completed for a limited time. For example 30 strokes with a 60 seconds timer. I think you should not use too much edge holding in the beginning. When you want someone to hold an edge you should make it clear that he is holding an edge, not just give a timer, and expecting him to know this is an edge hold time.

For good example of a tease without metronome you can look at "Married to Caprice by Android71" .

For an example of a nice short tease you can look at my tease "Short Warm Up Tease".

Also you may look at "Are You Man Enough" series by pc91.

Don't look at the stories of these teases, just look at how logical and clear are their commands. You can also look at some flash teases above 4 stars.

Your teases are good but sometimes is not clear what is happening, is this timer "?" a "rest time" or "edge time"... or "stroking time".

By the way it was good idea to use Caprice.

Personally I think it is much better than the first one since there are actual consequences that affect the ending. In addition, your choice of photos are great. Also, thank goodness this tease is edging only (It is just my personal taste.) since it is pretty hard to find ones that are edging only, so keep it up. However, like the person above me said, you need timers. It is kind of annoying to me to not see timers since I don't know how much time is left. As for a metronome, I personally am fine with the tease not having one since it would be annoying to you as a creator to fine tune it which would lead to other parts of the tease not being well developed. As for length, I think it would be nice if the tease was a bit longer. For example instead of three girls you could have added five to make it more fun and challenging. Otherwise, despite these flaws this tease is great. Keep up the good work man.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. I'm 99% positive that there are no bugs/ plot holes left in my first tease, so I don't really see that as a reason.
Do you mean "re-releasing" as transferring the script to a "new" tease in nyx and release it again? Because the usual "release -> unpublish -> release" method is what i already did, it doesn't change the rating however
And would that even be allowed? I'd feel even more like a dirty spammer

thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate that a lot. I've already seen almost all nominees for TotM on Milovana, but I'll definetly have a look at "Married to Caprice", as long as it features Little Caprice, because DAMN she's hot!

Did you ever try any of "1885"'s teases? I copied his style of making flash teases, which is: you have to read the text and just stroke as you like, getting horny by how the story/ pictures envelope. If you are supposed to get to the edge and let it fade right after, the button says: "Edged". If you're supposed to ride it, it says: "On the edge". I thought this was the consent of flash teases, since "1885" achieved many TotM nominees and even won many (not sure about that though). Still, this style of "edging orders" achieved 4,5 ratings back to back.

I really don't want to cry about being treated unfair, I know my story isn't even close to being perfect, neither the stroking/edging, so I wouldn't mind getting a low rating (let's say 3.0, which would be pretty much the lowest for a story based tease I've ever seen. (considering only teases, which took more than a few seconds of effort)).

The problem I see is rather, that it would've been stuck at 1.5 rating if I didn't spam the forum with all of this mess
I've been lurking for much longer, than I'm registered and I don't think I've ever seen a "searching for domme" post at that low rating, with let's say just 1 pic of a random hentai furry porn

Pretty sure that there is MORE behind the courtain... Maybe bots? Maybe Plumbers around the world united to downvote? Who knows?
