Some basic ideas:
If you get a question wrong/choose wrong path, you have to wear a buttplug for an extra hour or day, or inflate it if inflatable.
Different paths could be different size plugs.
You can always dig through other teases for ideas.

surprisingly, I got a nice idea for this... I call this "The Slippery Plug"
It might involve accidental public exposure, but a thrill like this is what makes games exciting, isn't it?
so you need to use a medium-sized plug, not too big, and a lot of lubes.
try to pack them and go to any public area and go to the restroom.
you should plug in your buttplug there with a generous amount of lube so it's a bit slippery.
try to get a random number for how long you should have the plug in.
and go stroll around the mall/area with that slippery plug in your ass.
OF COURSE, NO UNDIES ALLOWED. and it's much better if you wear a loose pants or simply use a skirt if you're a girl.
