Deleted tease?

A couple of weeks ago there was a tease posted that used the roll of a 124 sided dice (to select the page) and then the last 4 digits of your post or 4 more rolls of a 9 sided dice (i think) to select how you masturbated - i.e. position, ass play, where the cum goes etc.
I can't find the tease anymore (unfortunately i can't remember the name of it either. Each page had a different 'card' with different instructions on it. Are these available on their own?

Sorry for all the Q's and little info - just hoping someone can cast some light on it - seemed like a fun game with a random element to it!!

This isn't the tease i was describing but the 'caption cards' it uses are very very similar to the ones i was attempting to describe!
