How to completely uninstall the software.

You can easily uninstall buyandbrowse from "Add/Remove programs" on your Windows computer.

Click the Start button, then navigate to your Control Panel.
Double click “Add/Remove Programs” or “Programs and Features” from your Control Panel.
Scroll through the list of installed programs and click “buyandbrowse”, then click “Uninstall”.
did that and it still popping up
hmmm

apparetly this pop up
disabler my add blocker..somehow
re-started my add blocker

so that buyandbrowse is gone
and now..
a Different pop up!!

for cams.com

Now I don't mind if they are sending money to keep the site running
but

these..
Lamprey's
feeding off our site are not fun

any thoughts suggestions on how to help.. block this??

Sounds like some kind of adware or malware. Especially if it's on your system.

Would recommend getting spybot search and destroy and doing a scan of your system and then getting rid of the effected files. It's free, and there are pretty regular updates.

CCleaner is another good app, but it's for a different job. Spybot search and destroy will weed out all the little adware and spyware etc.

Search and Destroy isn't what it use to be. I'm in the IT field and here's my normal cleanup procedure:

CCleaner (just to eliminate useless junk, no sense scanning files that shouldn't be there.)
Adwcleaner
RogueKiller
MalwareBytes AntiRootkit
TDSSKiller

These can all be found easily on BleepingComputer.com.

Remove anything that they find, reboot.

Finally, run MalwareBytes (the normal one, not the AnitRootkit) to pick up any remnants.

Reboot.

Now, open up Internet Explorer, go into Internet Options, Connections tab, LAN settings. Make sure "automatically detect settings" is checked, also make sure the "use a proxy" box is unchecked. You'll probably want to reset your homepage if it was changed (on the general tab). Click ok, browse around a little, then close IE. Reopen it and go back into settings to ensure proxy settings haven't been reapplied.

Your problem should be gone, if not you have a much more serious problem at hand.

Keep me/us posted. I'll be happy to help any way I can.

Edit:
I forgot to add to also go into Add/Remove Programs, sort by date (to make it easier on yourself) and remove any junkware. I do this step after everything else is done since adware will just reinstall itself until the root of it is gone.

There's a million different types of "buy" and "shopping" malware.

They go under the common name "Browser Hijackers" and usually work with modifying a few files + changing your browser shortcut's path to include them in the start up.

I'd suggest searching for a Hijacker cleaner for whatever browser you are using. They'll be most effective.
