I tried to keep Instructions and Epilog to 1 screen, as I myself get annoyed or skip if there are several pages intro. This of cause gives room to vagueness, which I tried to remedy by making the instructions as intuitive as possible. I have put a bit more details here:
Re-Lube: The only reprieve you will get in the Cock Hero of DOOM. You will have ~10 seconds to apply copious amounts of lube.
Doom grip: Intended as death-grip / hard-grip, but doom grip fit the theme better. I think most of you guys are able to figure it out.
Edge: Get to the Edge with the beats and ride until the bar is out. Most of these segments are fast paced so I kept the beats for consistency .
Climax: This is the equivalent of the "cum" instruction. And should be completed within the timing window. I chose this word for aesthetic reasons, as this word seems much more elegant and fits the theme better.
There are some places where the Instructions are slightly inconsistent. This is made intentionally to increase the risk of pushing the viewer of the edge. You can call it "Plot Twists" if you like.
The Climax/Deny towards the end is intended as a game within a game. This composition is made to setup the perfect ruined orgasm. Which I realize only the most practiced viewers can do consistently, and for most requires days of abstaining prior to attempting the challenge.
On the other hand. If you have a full climax too early, the last round will be either DEATH (You stop) or DOOM (You keep stroking), pick your own outcome. Enjoy!

About the file size: you could've maybe exported @30fps. Almost all clips (I assume) would be 30fps. It's not that big of an issue, but it would've cut the file size in half. Nice of you to also include a WAV file with the click you used. 3.3GB for 30 minutes is way too big.
About the file size, to have good quality, I use the best quality coming from the video editor because the other encoding settings are not always obvious, then I reencode using HANDBRAKE using CONSTANT QUALITY 18 (no pun intended), all other settings to their default value. The resulting file size is very reasonable.
Most of the source material is 50fps with a few clips at 60fps and the rest being 30fps. Hindsight the project should have been done in 50fps. The software I am using locks the framerate for the entire project, so this cannot be changed. Re-encoding at lower fps will diminish overall quality. And would lead to maybe a ~30% smaller file before you start to generate blur and artifacts. Not worth it IMO. You would need a production render to attain smaller file sizes without diminishing quality. Also I added quite a bit of room for the audio as the bass did not get through well enough at normal bitrates.

Really great cock-hero. I enjoyed the fast beats and the edging instructions.
The instructions could be clearified a bit, e.g. edge means "edge to the end of the timer", and "hold" means "hold while stroking to the beat".
There is one case were an "edge" follows directly after a "hold" ends. That does not make much sense, as I am still on edge when I am holding. There should be at least a little break of a few seconds with no strokes or something like 30 seconds with slower strokes to back away from the edge.
I also liked that you used my beatmeter generator to make the beatmeter.
When it says "Climax," which it does twice, is that the signal to cum? Because the first time, it was followed by "Deny," and I could see there was time left. The second time, the video ended soon after that, so I didn't know if that was time to cum. I'd suggest an actual cum countdown for the next one.
This is pretty much what hardcore lovers like me have been wanting. The beats were challenging, but not too hard. If it had beats more like "CH Fail," it would be nearly impossible to win.
