Re: Fleshlights

Post by flyer47 »

I typically use a fleshlight when I play a cock hero. I set everything up in such a way where I can use it warm and it stays warm for as long as I need it to.

I use a rectangular Walgreens brand heating pad and the official fleshlight warmer from fleshlight.com to heat my favorite insert, a Lady Lager Sex in a Can, with the fins cut and removed to make it more loose. I put a little lube on the warmer and on the can and place the can with insert pussy side down onto the warmer. I wrap a heating pad around the case and place a rolled up sock on directly on top of the can to help keep the heat in, plug in the warmer, set the heating pad to high, and 20 minutes later it's nice and toasty. Without the fleshlight warmer, I place rolled up socks on both the top and bottom of the sealed sex in a can, wrap it in a heating pad on high and it's 60 minutes until it's nice and toasty. I also keep the heating pad wrapped around the can during use, while also wrapping a powered off second rectangular heating pad around the first heating pad to insulate my hands from the heat. This is pretty easy to do since the rectangular heating pads easily wrap around the Sex in a Can's cylindrical geometry. Of course I test the insert with my fingers before I put my penis in, I don't want a scorched penis, but during the session I basically use my penis as a thermostat. If it feels like it's getting a little too warm I press the button on the heating pad controller a couple times to turn it off, if it feels like I could use more heat I press the button a couple times to put it on high heat. I also use System Jo H2O lube which lasts an incredibly long period of time. The System Jo H2O lube probably last at least 20 minutes, if not more, without needing reapplication and doesn't get sticky like other lubes do.

I like this set up. It's simple, and although each element is sold separately, it seems like everything goes together. I have gone on 2-3 hour edging sessions with this setup in the past. This set-up does have it's drawbacks though. It's a bit heavy and my biceps actually do get tired after a vigorous prolonged session. Long cock hero's can definitely tire the arms out as well.

For cock hero's I typically use short strokes or even micro strokes, I figure it's only fair since a warm and lubed fleshlight is way more stimulating than a hand. I'll also try standing up and stroking or keeping my hands still and thrusting myself to keep myself from falling over the edge.

However, I plan to use full strokes with my heated lubed fleshlight in Canto II, when it gets released.

I'm guessing when I start Canto II, I'll have about a month of no release behind me, and I will probably only last a couple minutes in my warm and lubed fleshlight.

I'm also very curious about Meiki's and Japanese onaholes, or masturbators. I've heard very good things about them. The only thing I'm worried about is I would have to devise and test a brand new heating system. Also, the Japanese masturbators I'm interested in seem to be thicker overall than a fleshlight so they might take longer to heat and may be harder to heat evenly.

If the launch can hit the speeds required for cock hero's, I'd definitely be interested in a heating system for it. Maybe something 3d printed utilizing a reptile heat cable from amazon.com as the heating element.

The Japanese onaholes have a fairly thin sleeve made with a much more rubbery texture. There is a void between the sleeve and the outer shell. Also the sleeve is permenatly attached to the outer shell. But the price is right at about 1/sixth the price of the Fleshlight. The Japanese onaholes feel reasonably good but the Fleshlight is king!

I use the onahole to replace the sleeve in my V2k for a crazy feeling. It is not easy to use it this way, but I have tools most people do not have and engineering credentials (of course I am also perverted).

I think you're giving way, way too much credit to fleshlight engineers. The Launch is horribly engineered.

Not only that, what you're asking for with 300 "bpm" is quite difficult from an engineering standpoint anyways. That would mean 300 direction changes per minute, 5 per second. You would have to build hardware that can handle that sort of on-demand change reliably, overcoming the force and friction of what it was moving/rotating against, as well as making sure proper lubrication was maintained for both the user and the machine. The Launch makes horrible noises and can break itself if we try to run it at top speed.

Is a 300 BPM machine doable? Certainly. In a small footprint and for <= $250? Um. Yeah. Keep dreaming.

And, you know, maybe stop masturbating to breakcore/speedcore? :)

I think maybe the onaholes you are referring to are the Tenga brand onaholes. I think the Fleshlight has a reputation for being superior to Tenga products, but I have not tried Tenga products myself.

The ones's I'm interested in specifically are the Meiki ZXY, available at toydemon.com, and the Tomax Lilith Uterus, available at queencatadulttoys.com. These are basically just big thick chunks of material, with no case, and a small canal in the middle. Many reviews seem to claim these are more realistic than a fleshlight. From what I gather, the realism probably comes from a softer material, more material, and more realistic textures. Reviews do state that the material is definitely far more delicate than a fleshlight. Some users even use a soldering iron on low heat to repair the material when it develops it's first crack. Supposedly they are more durable once that first cracked gets repaired though.

But yes, I'm definitely interested in using these products, and if I like them I may hack them. I'd have to figure out how to implement a heating system.

No engineering background here, so I'll probably end up throwing something together with velcro, shoe laces, duct tape, pvc and legos. lol.

I'll have to google V2k to see how it works.

Well, looks like no Launch for me for quite a while. The launch can currrently do 180 strokes per minute but this is too slow for cock heros I believe. A random google search told me that most hit songs are around 120 BPMs, and if I assume that's correct, a cock hero using a hit song with a double time section would require 240 strokes per minute, faster than what the Launch is currently capable of.

CH Hero wrote: Sun Sep 17, 2017 7:51 pm To expand on Rule63's comment, seeing some "Launch Hero"-specific videos would be interesting as well. The reason I am suggesting this is that most CH vid's exceed the limitations of the 180 bpm maximum of the Launch. Many current CH videos would max out in many of the fast 3-3 sections, way before they even get to double/triple time for many of the finishes.

Until Fleshlight is able to improve the bpm rate, much of the current content could be anticlimactic due to hardware limitations. It would be even better if there was some kind of sensor in the Launch that can detect when the player shoots their load. Then we can make games where a game over would be triggered by the Launch detecting the player's cum. Lose your load, lose the game.

Two points here:

1 - One can always dream, otherwise we would not have cellphones, internet and porn-on-demand. Eventually dreams will come to realization and we will have fully functional orgasmatrons!!! :w00t: :-D

2 - How else am I supposed to get any decent exercise if I don't masturbate to breakcore/speadcore?!?!? 8-) :boxing: :dumbells:

Isn't living the future neat?

I don't think the units are on sale at the moment, but I've got the circuit boards and 3d printed parts, just need to order the electronics to build out the board, then expand it to use bluetooth, and that dream can be (mostly) a reality. :D

So regarding the Launch not going 300bpm, this is just my opinion, but I think if you're ONLY holding out because you worry it's not fast enough, you're overthinking it. I understand what you mean and that 1:1 interpretation of heros isn't possible that way, but I personally think that also misses what the device CAN do (vs. just your own hand).

Sure, the speed limitation might mean some creative interpretations of a hero, but that in no way means it'll be less intense. (I'm not the hardest person to make cum, but even so, I've been doing a dare literally trying to make it through a hero [three tries in one day], and I haven't even come close, even after I've cum twice already). If you feel like it's not intense enough for you, you can always change up to a more intense sleeve or use the excellent ScriptPlayer to change how Launch interacts with the scripts (more shorter strokes, etc.).

Just my two cents, but sometimes I think it's too easy to make the perfect the enemy of the good, and for me this is the best toy for heros yet. (I also really like the Vorze).

You have some interesting points there Puppy. Frankly, I speak from inexperience when it comes to Fleshlight products (at this time ). I have not tried them yet but they do intrigue me. When I saw the Launch, I became more interested because I do take way too long to tear one off. Seriously I have done 5 or 6 of the really long CH vids back to back and still just get frustrated. I cn stim for hours on end but as enjoyable as it feels, no finish for me.

I recently saw a Saffron review of Fleshlight products and must admit I was impressed to see even her admit the toy did a better job than she could... and she basically has sex for a living. It is my impression she was not yet getting any kind of endorsement fees from the company either, which says a lot to me.

In summary perhaps it is time for me to take the plunge and fork out the cash for FL or two. I am considering the one Saffron demonstrated and perhaps the Riley Reid one.

This post got me thinking about ways to use the launch. So the launch does 180 strokes per minute, which I'm guessing a stroke is defined as up and then down. So what could be done is have the launch do half strokes, meaning just up or just down, per beat in a cock hero, so the launch could do 360 half strokes per minute. Using half strokes, could the launch keep up with most cock heros?

Well, I'll start by saying I do not have anywhere close to your stamina, even by hand. That said, I'd be shocked if you can make it through one of the tougher Cock Heros with a Launch and one of the more intense FleshLight sleeves. I think you get a Cock of Steel award if you can! =oP

I also do e-stim and find it quite enjoyable for long sessions (like 3 hours), but that's something that also takes me a long time to get off to (even though I usually can eventually), and only then usually by turning up the power to an almost uncomfortable level. (I once managed to after tons of patience at a lower level). I can't really equate that to using a FleshLight at all.

I had one of the very first FleshLight's back in the day...probably 15+ years ago (gray uglier case and a very simple tight sleeve...I don't even think it had much as far as texture...it was just a tight hole basically). They've come a LONG way since then. I actually have the Riley Reid Utopia, and it's an awesome sleeve, so I don't think that's a bad choice.

I'm doing a dare at the moment involving forced hero orgasms/milking (yeah, I'm a kinky weirdo lol), so I've actually been getting some feedback on reddit about the most intense sleeves to cum quickest, and you might be interested in the various models recommended to me to look at. One I picked up but haven't received yet is Brent Corrigan Bliss, which is the same thing as the Jenna Haze Obsession with a different orifice (but they're the exact same inside). It's said to be one of the absolute tightest and most intense (uncomfortably so is the biggest complaint for people who can't take it). The other recommendations for incredibly intense sleeves I've gotten are the Katsuni Lotus Garden (which looks really unique and wild), the Stoya Destroya (which I've heard multiple places is one of the most intense you can get), and the Siren (Annika Albrite), which is designed as a tight anal sleeve I think.

If you end up trying it, I hope you have the success you want!

Unfortunately, I can't answer this specifically. I just played around with mine and the settings a bit to try to tell, but it's a little too hard to judge speed when you're making changes to range of movement, etc. - I can't DETECT a change though, so movement speed (to clarify, I mean speed between each movement) might stay the same even if you decrease range. Perhaps those familiar with the internal workings of ScriptPlayer can chime in. What I can tell you is that you can change the range of movement (for example, making short strokes) as well as how it interprets movement (for example making the downstroke faster than the up stroke or keeping the sleeve more centered between strokes). You can also set the minimum time between two commands, the lowest setting being 100ms. There's also a speed multiplier setting, but it seems to me like that affects the speed of the stroke itself, not the speed between strokes.

I do think the half stroke method is more or less how it works (one direction per beat, not two). Whether it can strictly keep up I don't know, but that seems more academic than practical to me. Fast beats are plenty fast for me and don't seem like a compromise! (That said, I can cum...sometimes more easily in fact...from slow strokes rather than fast, so it's more about the overall sleeve intensity for me than anything...people are going to vary according to what gets them off, so I can't speak for people who can only cum to really fast stimulation). At any rate, what I guess I'm trying to say is it keeps up just fine at slow to normal speeds, and at fast speeds, even if it maxes out, I think it's still really fast. As fast as your hand? Maybe not quite. But the extra intensity of the sleeve more than compensates for that in my opinion. I would be quite surprised if someone couldn't cum as fast or quicker with Launch and an intense sleeve over their own hand slightly faster.
