I have found that stuffing a small piece of soft cloth (pantyhose cloth, for instance) through the peehole (of the device, not your penis O.O) helps with preventing foreskin from sticking out. Even a bit of crumpled up toilet paper works in a pinch. Just remember to pull it out when you have to pee.

Why dont you pull your foreskin back, so that the head is free in the cage.
Then it should be impossible that it can get out, or your cage is way too big.

If you're sticking out the end, you obviously need the larger cb6000 standard. I made a similar mistake buying an s and ended up with a good 2 inches of my shaft at the base end not inside the tube when it got hard.

Either shrink your cock, or buy a larger tube. :-)

I know that problem but most time it just goes back by it self and even more often it doesn't happen. But it is not really much foreskin in my case.

I had the same problem with my cb6000

I usually either place a small wad of toilet paper in the hole, or place a finger plaster (bandaid) over the end, with the pad covering the hole (no sticky on your skin...lol). As the cb is plastic, you can peel the plaster off when you need to pee and then stick it back when your done (use the toilet paper too to prevent any drops soaking into the pad of the plaster).

Hope this helps :)
