You need to receive an invite from someone. There has been open public registration in the past, but I haven't seen it for a very long time.

Invites are given to certain user classes and above. that too happens very rarely. They haven't given out once since I joined (about a year).

Btw, as an alternative you can use pornolab.net
It has a lot of stuff and a not so nice interface, but it works, especially if you know what you are looking for.
It is russian, but with automatic translate it can be navigated quite easilly.
