I found this on another site, has anyone any experience or knowledge of this kinda thing? Apologies if I'm not supposed to post content from other boards.
This is something I found on the internet while looking up how to increase cum/precum production:

2. L-Lysine: 1000mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1000mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: Nothing that I am aware of
Any Ill Side Effects: Minor – Light-headed 30 minutes after taking for about 10 minutes.
3. Korean Ginseng: 500mg Strength. Taken 2 times daily. Total = 1000mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: Nothing that I am aware of
Any Ill Side Effects: Major – On 6 separate occasions, I developed terrible headaches.
4. Zinc: 50mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 50mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: YES – Somewhat Noticeable
Positives From Taking: Somewhat noticeable increase in my cum amount
Any Ill Side Effects: None
5. Pygeum: 100mg Strength. Taken 2 times daily. Total = 200mg

Increase Amount of Cum: YES – Definitely Noticeable

These results prompted me to do one more test. I tested all of the supplements that I saw good results with as a supplement stack. Lecithin, Pygeum, Zinc, and I added L-Arginine. I kept the same dosage with each supplement and tested this stack for 3 weeks.
And I have discovered the holy grail of orgasms.

(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg

Lysine is one of the aminos that we do not get enough of 90% of the time. I have taken mass quantities of it for periods of time, if it made you light headed you are probably getting an inferior product or possibly have a sensitivity to it and you should consult a doctor before continuing to use it. Several of the items on your list also need to build up in your system for 30 to 45 days before there is enough to effect your body chemistry.

if you look up how to solve a low sperm count
most medical sites just recommend simple things like :
Water
Underwear that does not squeeze
no hot tubs
no alcohol or coffee

I've tried this. I left out the L-Arginine as I've never had an issue with erection firmness. I found the Lecetin, Pygeum, and Zinc combined did have the effect of increasing my ejaculate amount.
Couple extra things I'll add in: I experienced an additional effect of a warming sensation. I've never had much pre-cum and these vitamins definitely did increase that. However it also gave this very warm, pleasurable tingly feeling every time I felt more pre-cum seeping it's way up my dick (which was about always). It was very interesting and very nice.
When I took the Lecetin on an empty stomach as soon as the capsule had dissolved it really did a number on me. It just felt like it turned my stomach upside down and I'd really have to concentrate on not throwing up. I started taking them at night after dinner instead and had no issues.

I've been taking the Holy Grail combination listed above for about three weeks and I can confirm that the amount of pre-cum I produce has increased dramatically. It's been more a case of more frequent production of about the same volume I had previously produced. It's not quite like the faucet described above but pretty damn close.
Some other observations:
I have experienced increased firmness and an ability to maintain a firm erection for a longer period of time during a marathon session. After a few days of denial I will try a marathon session of nothing but Cock Hero videos. Too often I have lost an erection during one of the more boring rounds or especially during some of the crazy tempos. After a few weeks on the cocktail those occurrences are becoming less frequent and are not lasting as long as before.
The quality of the semen seems to be improving. My first orgasm after almost a week of holding out reminded me of when I was a teenager. The intensity was greater than anything I've felt in a long time. That said, it didn't shoot out as intensely as it felt.
I've had positive results so far and no side effects of any kind. I'm going to keep taking the cocktail to see how it does after a few more weeks and see no reason to stop at this time. It may not work for everybody but I recommend giving it a try.
