Who ever set it up is smart enough to have a changing IP and probably MAC address as well, while hiding behind a VPN (gibberish to some I know). My thoughts are there so here is hoping it helps.

Is it possible to block a single user from posting a link and/or posting topics of the same name across multiple threads more than once within a certain time period? It would cut down on the ...

Issue I see here is that there are 1000's of teases that would need new feedback threads, and a lot of them already have feedback threads so the person in charge of this would have to go back into the Art of Webteasing Forum and pair them with the appropriate teases. I see the potential in this bein...
