Yep, server was out of space due to someone trying to bulk download teases which triggered a bug in the site, generating excessive logs. Should be fixed now.

There was obvious rating manipulation on this tease. The malicious votes have been removed giving a new average rating of 4.7

The behavior you describe could happen with a corrupted image. A lot of image viewers/browsers are pretty forgiving when it comes to malformed images, so it may look fine but cause an issue when you upload it to Milovana.
