I agree, that would be a big help. People could have a base image set, and add their own a few at a time without having to tag a whole bunch of images before eing able to use the program to its full effect :D

The main cause is boredom usually. Keep busy and/or entertained, at least for a few days, to break the cycle your probably locked into. Once youv abstained or at least cut down for a while, you should find it a lot easier to control your habits.
