Re: Your first webtease? Let us help you out!

Are you sure you put the parenthesizes after "clear" ? Yes, exactly as you typed it, with the parenthesizes. The warning I see is puzzling me too, as I consider clear() a method of class TeaseStorage, and not a property. I tried this both directly in an eval action on the start page, and ...

Re: Your first webtease? Let us help you out!

I tested again on my tease, and it works fine. Did you enable teaseStorage in the options ? Did you already store something in the teaseStorage ? Yes, I enabled the Storage module. I stored something before realizing I might have to reset storage for testing. For now I have found an ugly workaround...

Darigaaz wrote: Mon Jun 14, 2021 10:34 am You can reset the storage with

Code: Select all

teaseStorage.clear()
I tried this, but it does not seem to clear the storage. And in the editor I am shown the warning "Property 'clear' does not exist on type 'TeaseStorage'.(2339)".

Re: Your first webtease? Let us help you out!

I have been away from Milovana for a few years, but came back recently, and was pleasantly surprised to see EOS. Finally a usable scripting language for web teases. And well-implemented and secure. EOS only lacks on the documentation side. Fortunately there are a lot of good treads in this forum wit...

Re: Requirements for a dildonics protocol

(For other users who do not know this new user here: I am pretty sure this is the person running the (for dildonics interested technicians) famous Slashdong blog about dildonics.) So, I'm really just skimming the SDIP docs here, but why not go with OSC (http://www.opensoundcontrol.org/)? Seems like ...

Re: Requirements for a dildonics protocol

For those interested in the gory technical details and programming,. I have just committed some PC-side code to the above repository. A big "thank you" to seraph0x for letting me use the milovana.com name in the Java package names. The idea is to distribute the SDIP protocol on the net, so...

Re: The World's Most Annoying Sex Toy(tm)

I am always intrested in these post but frankly completely lost with all the tek language. Unfortunately stuff like this is quite technical while still under development. But I hope that it will end up with products that are easy to use for everybody. If you could make one that would then be market...

Re: The World's Most Annoying Sex Toy(tm)

Jabber- how much would this cost to set up (on average?) The most expensive item is the Arduino, which you can buy for about US$30-35. The parts for the driver circuit you should be able to get at most electronics stores for just a few dollars plus shipping. And the micro-bullet vibrator can be pur...

Re: Indentured: Part III

This is great writing. You know just the right balance between telling the sexy details and developing the characters needed for an erotic story. I hope you keep on writing new parts of the story., and also that you at some point post it in other places where it gets a wider audience. Your story rea...

Re: A Kind Machine

I like this story a lot  . In my opinion (though my native language is not english) it is well written, and not too long. It could be longer :-) but you tell the important points in your story. Makarov has some good critique and I agree with most of it except one point: Repeating the phrase &q...

Re: The World's Most Annoying Sex Toy(tm)

I guess now is the time to suggest a new kind of tease. Prerequisites: - Get an Arduino Milovana ;-) board. There are many suppliers, just google for "arduino". - Get a micro-bullet vibrator. -Get the parts for the driver circuit I suggested here , and connect it all. Now place the vibrato...

The World's Most Annoying Sex Toy(tm)

There have been various discussions on how to make a vibrator run a really annoying and frustrating pattern, for example this: http://tacit.livejournal.com/214115.html Now that I have a way of controlling a vibrator, I have tried a lot of them, including the suggestions in the link above and the com...

Re: Requirements for a dildonics protocol

I have just created a Google Code project, and uploaded the protocol description and the Arduino framework (working, but probably still quite buggy) to it: http://code.google.com/p/sdip/

Re: Requirements for a dildonics protocol

Here is the draft on Simple Dildonics Interface Protocol (SDIP) I am currently working from. Most of it has been implemented both on an Arduino (using the 0015 libraries) and in Java on the PC side. The latest changes I've done to the protocol draft after thinking about all the good input I received...

Re: Requirements for a dildonics protocol

And reason why we shouldn't just use the Firmata protocol ? Not a rhetorical question - I might be overlooking something. It just seems like the obvious option. The main problem I see with Firmata is that it doesn't really support fast data transfer from the controller to the PC. Unless I have misu...
